You can fill out our full loan application online or you can download our self-fill PDF and send it to us via email or upload on this page . You can also upload all of your supporting documentation on this page so that you don’t need to come into our office. Our goal is that the whole loan process can be completed as quickly and conveniently as possible for you.

Supporting Documentation Required to Complete Mortgage Application

These are the required documents needed to complete your application. Don’t worry, you don’t need to submit them when you apply.

– Loan Application
– Credit Report (We will retrieve this for you)
– Driver’s License
– Social Security Card
– Green Card (If not US Citizen)
– Consecutive most recent one month period of pay stubs
– Two years worth W-2
– Two years worth Tax Returns (If Applicable)
– Most recent 1 month Bank Statements
– Verification of Employment
– Letter of Explanation (If Applicable)
